I offer several different real estate packages at various price points:

Aerial Imaging only ($165)

10-15 digital images exported at less than 10 MB for MLS listing
Property corner images, street view, top down view, cardinal directions and any special request images
If >1 acre $25 additional charge or $1 per acre over 25 acres
Can be done without your presence with digital image delivery meaning you don’t have to be present for the work to be completed

Full Property photography (Starting at $300)

All digital images exported at less than 10 MB for MLS listing
Additional cost for homes over 2500 ft2 or 4 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms ($25 per extra room or $50 per extra 500 ft2)
Property corner images, street view, top down view, cardinal directions and any special request images, All rooms and angles specified by client
If >1 acre $25 additional charge or $1 per acre for properties over 25 acres
Typically lasts about 1 hour and can be done without your presence

Property Video ($325)

Approximately 1-2 minute video showing overview of property, interior and exterior footage
Could also do small clips separately if requested. This may impact cost
Can be delivered in 4k via file and uploaded to YouTube for embedding.
Excellent add on for high-end properties
Acreage stipulations apply
Typically takes 1 hour to complete shooting

Property Photo/video combo ($525)

South haven Area Photo add-on ($100)

10 digital images for use from my archives of town, the beach, sunsets, boats, beaches, etc. of the area.

Twilight Photo add-on ($50)

I will make a second trip out to get photos at twilight. This is a good way to make the photos of your home stand out with interior lights on and a beautiful sunset sky in the background.

Summer photo refresh ($100)

I come back once the trees have fully leafed out to do exterior shots of home as well as drone photos (charged at the time of original service and done at a later date).
